Bob Dinkelspiel is one of the three founding members of Dinkelspiel Rasmussen & Mink, PLLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate closings, leases and other real estate matters, representation of homeowners associations, medical and professional practices, credit unions, corporations and small business matters and a variety of probate matters.
Mr. Dinkelspiel graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s of engineering in chemical engineering. He obtained his law degree from the University of Memphis School of Law where he was a member of the law review and Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. He has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the University of Memphis School of Law Alumni Association.
Mr. Dinkelspiel attended Vanderbilt University on a Naval ROTC scholarship. He then served on active duty in the United States Navy for four years aboard destroyers homeported in Charleston, South Carolina and Long Beach, California. After active duty he attended law school and remained in the Naval Reserve. He completed his career in the Naval Reserve achieving the rank of Captain.
He and his wife, Liz Ann, have four children. Mr. Dinkelspiel is a marathon runner and has completed a number of marathons including Chicago, New York, Seattle, Los Angeles, Nashville, Anchorage, Portland, Oregon and Boston.
