On April 4, 2013, the Memphis Commercial Appeal ran an article on the Gardenwalk Condominiums in Raleigh. Gardenwalk Condominiums is administered by Gardenwalk Council of Co-Owners, a Tennessee non-profit corporation (the “Association”).
